New Homes
Our process begins with a site view of the property and determining the optimal location for the home. We are able to work closely with the designer or architect and provide advice on finalizing the drawings. Once site work begins, the foundations are completed and installed in house. Framing, interior drywall, seem filling and trim are all completed at a high level of standard. Paynters Construction prides themselves on using sustainable wood products. Custom woodworking including built in closets, lockers, walk in showers are our specialty. Our team installs all types of exterior siding, decks, steel roofing and wall cladding. Paynters Construction pays attention to the details and completes the finishing touches for you to move in to your new home.
Commercial Builds
Paynter's Construction works with many local business on new construction, maintenance and renovations. Upstreet Craft Brewery built in 2015 is PEI's leading craft brewery. In 2018, Craft Beer Corner was renovated to provide a downtown convenience location. Paynter's Construction completed new store locations for Robin's Donuts and White Oak Cellars. General contracting, maintenance and renovation work completed for the PEI Bag Company, Mrs Dunsters and McCains Foods.
Renovations
If you are looking to renovate your home, Paynters Construction offers full or partial renovations and restorations. Paynters Construction have built second story home additions, add ons to existing homes and interior restorations. It is always amazing to see how a renovation can complete your home.
Foundations
Paynters Construction offers full service poured conventional foundations and ICF foundations. Working with the home owners to determine site elevation, we will help you find the optimal location for your home. Our team is familiar with ICF construction and has worked with a variety of ICF block providers. Paynter's Construction installs full wall systems from foundation to roof always with high quality craftsmanship.
